<p>I was wondering if anyone out there knows of any prestigious writing competions out there for a teenager? Like ones that are significant to college and credited. All I know of so far is the Scholastic Arts and Writing one, but does anyone know anymore?</p>
<p>There are some writing/essay contests listed here.
The only one I know for sure is prestigious is Scholastic Art & Writing, but if you don’t get anywhere with that you might as well try some other ones.</p>
