<p>Does anybody know any good scholarship programs that mostly look at essays or other forms of writing? Any amount will do. (:</p>
<p>Has anybody already applied to any?</p>
<p>National Foreign Service Essay Contest, Scholastic A&W Awards (although you only get money for portfolios that win gold), ARTS Awards (I think there's money in this), George Washington Crossing essay contest, National Peace Essay Contest, Generations for Peace Essay Contest, Vegetarian Resource Group scholarship (only for vegetarians/vegans, obviously, haha)... umm, that's all I can think of off the top of my head. The deadlines have already passed for all of them this year though. I applied to all of the above except for GW and Arts (procrastinated too long on both). The Foreign Service and NPEC ones take a lot of time and will require some research, but they're not that difficult.</p>
