Writing Test on ACT?

I have a question about the writing test on the ACT. I have taken the ACT three times, and on my last try, I did not take the writing portion. I haven't gotten my scores back yet, but if my composite is the highest out of all of them and that is the test I want to send to colleges, what about my writing test? Can I send two test dates and put a comment on the application telling them the situation?

I am applying to...
University of Minnesota - Twin Cities
University of Washington - Seattle
Loyola University Chicago
Purdue University
Marquette University

I believe only Washington and Purdue need writing scores. What should I do for this? Do I really have to retake the ACT? How can I include my writing score? Please help, I am getting so nervous. :(

It depends on the schools. Some would only look at the ACT with writing in the same sitting, others would look at the writing score separately that can be from a different test. It seems you only need to find out from 2 schools. Contact their admission offices.
