"Written Interview"

What is this thing like? What are some questions that are asked? Are they serious or playful?

They are serious questions, and it wasn't that bad if you enjoy writing and can form good answers on the spot.

There are five questions, and you get six minutes each to write an answer - the thing takes exactly thirty minutes. On five of the questions I had like 30 secs to go back and read over my work.

This isn't actually on of the questions, of at least, it wasn't one that I got, but a sample question might be something like: name your favorite vacation, and why you enjoyed it so much.

Does it start automatically when you click on the link? I just got the email, and I'm afraid to click it...

no, click the link then I think u need to enter your password or whatever...

it wont start until you click the "start interview" or whatever it says button

i was so nervous before i clicked start...and i kept thinking "well, ill just do it later!"

nah, just get it over with, just be ready to start writing cause once you click start, the clock starts ticking! also, i wouldn't go into it thinking "i must write as much as i can!" ....looking back, i wanted to fill up as much as i could, and i was probably blabbing at certain points...it was just seeing the timer got me so up tight and nervous, i had wished i had done an interview face to face! but it wasnt so bad, i think i did pretty well...hate thinking under pressure like that though!
