In the common app, I accidently put my dad’s education level as some highschool/secondary school. However, I meant to put some college/university. I already submitted this for three schools. I already emailed the three schools to change the error. Is this a bit excessive? Will it affect my admissions? I’m going to put the correct information for the schools I didn’t submit. It’s asking for the college name my dad attended. Should I email them the name of the school? I literally can’t sleep because of this. I’m freaking out
If the application didn’t ask for the school name, then there’s no point in sending it. If it did ask (I don’t think so, but it’s been a couple of years), then your should provide it.
A single error is unlikely to cause any issues. If you’ve emailed them with the change, there’s nothing more to do.
It asked for the school name. So, ill provide that. Thank you.
