WSU or WWU?

Does WWU or WSU have a better engineering program, or just math program in general?

westerns engineering program is definitely better. i can’t say for sure on the math programs as I don’t know WSU’s well.

I would have to disagree on engineering being “better” at WWU than at WSU (Pullman). WSU has traditional B.S. degrees in Chemical, Civil, Environmental, and Mechanical engineering among other engineering avenues. WWU does not offer these majors, but rather “engineering technology” which may be fine but it is not equivalent to the other offerings at WSU.

^ this is true but i think the OP would have to specify what program they are interested in. Engineering is too general. WWU and WSU both have strengths in very different parts of the engineering field.

Agreed, hence why WWU can not “definitely be better”

yup thats what i just conceded, no need to repeat my point. UW would obviously be the best washington engineering program. I said WWU is better because it has some programs that are well known throughout the world. WSU is a more standard program as far as the curriculum. Nothing wrong with it, a very good program. Two different programs.
