Is it even worth applying to a college if their % is like 95% in the top 10%?

I go to a medical magnet school, but think that I'm only going to get in the top 25% out of like 170. I won't add more, but assume that I have decently high SAT scores. I'm a Mexican-American male.

Yeah, people at my HS who were nowhere near the top 10% (because it's 5 people and our school is hyper-competitive) got into Yale, Dartmouth, Cornell, and UPenn.. and that was only this year.. and none of them were URMs.
It's very possible if you go to a really really good HS

Magnet school, URM, good SAT scores, you definitely have a shot still...you've been on this board a while so you know all about applying to safeties etc, but don't let those numbers discourage you, you still have a chance at those schools
