Who here reads it?

I love xkcd.

^ Haha, I didn’t think you were the xkcd type Millancad! Though I suppose if you are going to MIT next year you are going to have to learn.

Really? I think of myself as rather xkcd-ish. But I find it complimentary that you don’t.

^ If you asked the people applying for Linguistics at Christs’ if they’ve heard of xkcd, the minority will have even heard of it. Whereas Maths at Trinity… There were a few xkcd T-shirts about the place (when I found out they made T-shirts I promptly bought myself a few haha)

favorite:

[xkcd: Dignified](xkcd: Dignified)

^ Is it sad that I know exactly which one that is without even looking clicking the link. PS if you use that line in conversation you are immediately the most hilarious person in the room.

^^^Yeah, it is pretty mathy, but xkcd has made a couple of linguistics jokes. I have [xkcd: Computational Linguists](xkcd: Computational Linguists) save on my computer. Maybe there’s just one actually. I think it’s the more sentimental ones that really get me though.

^ xkcd is very math and computery. Abstruse Goose is the real mathy webcomic, and it is AMAZING.

Yank: I’ve definitely used it in conversation many times…and if the yearbook lets me, it’s going to be my senior quote

^ It is among the greatest quotes of all time and it wins any argument. Long live Randall Monroe!

[xkcd: Purity](xkcd: Purity)

xkcd is the greatest website known to man

[xkcd: New Car](xkcd: New Car)

How about this one?

Stumbleupon always takes me there. Thus stumbleupon is the greatest site known to man, thriller.

I’m not mathy at all, and I find that site hilarious. It’s really clever

Whenever I put a xkcd reference on my facebook, people have no idea what I’m talking about and it makes me sad. :(

[xkcd: Unscientific](xkcd: Unscientific)

love this thing

Love Zombie Feynman

xkcd <3

This is my all-time favorite: [xkcd: Cuttlefish](xkcd: Cuttlefish) :]
A cute one: [xkcd: Useless](xkcd: Useless)

All of my favorites are non-math related, unsurprisingly. Like this or that or any one with the guy with a hat.
