<p>Still serving in the army, getting out 2009 may, and planning to go to the States next August after I get admitted to some US colleges.</p>
<p>Do I seem to have any chance for those elite colleges?</p>
<p>I'm not applying to any other college, since these are the only US colleges offering need-blind&need-based FA to international students.</p>
