<p>When I submitted the payment, the arrow did not change until the day after, but it did say that I paid. So I would say that something probably went wrong. Don’t take my word for it though. I’m new to the application process.</p>
<p>same exact situation with me. paid with credit card but the arrow was still red so i told them i would pay with a check.
got the online receipt and everything, but it still says payment not submitted for me.</p>
