omg, I cna't believe you still come and count the list. do something else with your time! please!

its friendly competition. this is our time :D i think u should concentrate more on beating us at posts rather than the number of ea/ed applicants :)

shrek-it's just jealousy, obviously

wow. no comment

I love the friendly competition and all, but why is more people a good thing? More applicants = more competition = lower chances for yourself...I'd much rather we have like ten people... =)

I entirely agree. I don't think more people is better at all.

More people is definitely worse... don't forget the slaughter that was Yale EA 2003.

How could anyone forget :(

damnnnn i didnt fully comprehend just how competitive our group is until i saw the 237s and the 239s.......damn. ANyways, i guess to update mine, im number 24 on the list, but i never put an index. I'm 8/228

curse the 9 point scale, for i am but two points away from a 9! of course, im sure the actual 9 number isnt as significant as the second number, which isnt as significant as like the actual analysis of the app

Okay, I've been feeling rather stupid, but at the moment I'm far too lazy to look back and see if this has been explained. ;) What's with the #/###s?

Yep, it's definitely been explained. It's the AI (Academic Index). Check around pages 3-5 to find the link to the calculator.

okay.
step one: apply to Yale EA
step two: register with CC
step three: find this thread
step four: create a new message by:
_A: copying latest list into box
_B: adding your name in proper alphabetical slot
_C: create number for yourself, adjust following numbers accordingly.
_D: hitting "post quick reply"

lol... people people people, we are applying to YALE here, we can certainly add ourselves to a list.

my best friend's dad is an alumni interviewer for yale and said basically 1500-1600 are considered the same. u dont get more academic points for scoring a 1590 rather than a 1510, so the AI is a little off

haha. hopefully. :)

Add me too!!!
T-shirt design major

I don't feel like updating the entire list because it's four in the morning. However, my new AI is 9/232, in lieu of my newest SAT II score :)

Congrats lindsey! That's my AI too. What'd you score?

790 on Literature

Add me - Poli Sci
