<p>My son is having trouble accessing his email account. He signed up for his Net ID and he got an email acct. But he's not sure how to get onto it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I apologize if this was covered in a prior thread, but I didn't come across it.</p>

<p>If you’re typing the address into the address bar on your internet window, you HAVE TO, HAVE TO type the www or else it won’t work.</p>

<p>One thing that gave me pause was the netID. I originally put in my admit site name, which was like firstname.lastname2, but it is actually just your initials followed by a number.</p>
