<p>I sent in a package with my art portfolio about a week and a half ago, and I was wondering: how do we know when our supplements are recieved? It doesn't say on the website, and silly UPS gives me really old delivery data.</p>
<p>I know I can be a real worrywort when it comes to fine details. But those slides can't be remade, so I want to make sure Yale gets it on time!</p>

<p>thats why you get CERTIFIED mail that ensures your delivery will be sent and received :-)</p>
<p>that's what I did with my art portfolio. However, I made about...13 copies of each slide in case it gets lost, and also to send portfolios to other colleges as well</p>
<p>Slides are the bane of my existence. So much hassle and money! If it wasn't Yale, I don't think I'd go through the torture (although I do have about 30 extra slides). </p>
<p>As for the mail, we got the kind with signature confirmation. But on the website, it keeps showing up as accepted at my town, not delivered. It's been a good while though...I just want to know if there's any other way to check?</p>
<p>You should be receiving a PIN in the mail from Yale. When you get that, create your online account. It will show what they have received to date. I checked mine and it showed they have my app, test scores, and vocal music CD supplement. Teacher recs will be posted after Nov 15. Good luck</p>

<p>I also sent something certified and it's been nine days and it still doesn't show delivered. All other certified mail (sent same day) shows delivered except this one. How long should I wait before I contact the Post Office or school?</p>
<p>The official wait time is 2 weeks before you can call customer service. Then they can open an investigation for you and track down the package~</p>

<p>But wasn't deadline on Nov. 1st? That should be more than 9 days ago, already.</p>
