Yale or Michigan

I will study CS major in college and I need to pick 3 more safer school to apply (I already have MIT/Stanford/...etc). I can't decide whether to choose base on national rank of college (Yale, Duke, UPenn) or rank of CS graduate school (Georgia Tech, Michigan, UCLA). I prefer a combination of CS applications and theory and will work for Sillicon Valley companies after graduation. Factors like campus, cost, etc don't matter. Could people share their thoughts?

Kinda think this isn’t a serious post. “Yale” isn’t safer for anyone. No one. Zero people can consider Yale a safety. Nor is Penn or Duke.

What are your stats? When you say don’t worry about the cost, does your family have the ability to pay a quarter of million dollars out of pocket? (They may, some families do, just trying to clarify if you are saying don’t talk about cost because you will deal with it later or because it truly isn’t an issue.) Are you male or female?
