Years of Involvement in ECs

I am applying to elite schools & some ivy leagues this fall, and I'm wondering if my level of involvement will affect how they view my ECs.

I have had a few activities that have been done grades 9-12 which I have achieved leadership positions in and national/regional recognition in, which are swimming and my art.

However I moved after freshmen year to a new school which I attended sophmore year and will attend till I graduate. I have been involved in 2 clubs from grades 10-12 (I only am a leader in one of these clubs) that fall along the lines of a multi-cultural/diversity theme. However I have been involved in 2 other clubs just starting junior year and will continue to senior year, and maybe get some sort of leadership position, I don't know, but hopefully.

Also I volunteer, I have 50some hours at one place from volunteering grades 10-11, and I just started volunteering at a local place junior year and will continue next year.

So does the fact that I moved and can only be involved for 2 - 3 years in my school clubs put me at a disadvantage? I really like these clubs and I think that should come across my application.

no disadvantage at all. 3 - 4 years is ideal, but if you can show dedication in two years, that's great too. The dedication and things you accomplish will matter more than the time you're in them, I think.
