Yep, yet another chances thread (transfer chances, that is)

<p>OK… I’m interrested in transferring to UPenn Arts and Sciences from the University of Georgia (I’m currently a freshman the honors program) Currently, I have a 4.0, which I’m hoping to maintain next semester. </p>

<p>I’m especially interested in majoring in economics. Any replies would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!</p>

ECs: strong emphasis in debate and public speaking, national competitor, several clubs, organizations, and leadership opportunities throughout high school in many other areas as well
