<p>That is because her official name in the Rice database is Yhana C. Chavis, not Yhana Chavis. Just enter the last name when doing the search. Then review the full name of the person you are looking for.</p>

<p>cujoe, not that it's any of my business, but you asked her why you were deferred? Isn't that a bit..impertinent? I'm thinking of emailing her as well, lol, except I don't know what to say.</p>
<p>I already talked to and got great advice from my regional rep Guzman, and I blatantly asked why I was deferred.</p>
<p>no, i asked her why i was deferred in terms of what were my weaknesses, and what i could do to help my rd app... now i play the waiting game</p>
