I think you have 50/50 shot actually. Your GPA is low and there isn’t much you can do about it but your high sat score might make up for it. Your EC’s are average but a good essay can make up for that too. For instate and EA i think you may still get accepted.

You will get in with a 2100. Rutgers does not care about ECs and if a school that large reads one essay I would be surprised.
