<p>My friend just got accepted to irvine 5 minutes ago…im so ****ed now since I’m still “under evaulation”. I applied to ucsb though I’m not that interested in going whether I get in or not.</p>

<p>Uh, is this second wave today or sometime today? Because I heard people got answers this morning and now people talk about it again. </p>
<p>@Andrew: Wait, rejected again? From who? Irvine? And for your previous question, I guess some people don’t like Santa Barbara because it’s known as the party school. And because of the possibly high number of STDs running around. IDK, or it’s because people seem to be spending more time partying and getting drunk than actually taking studying seriously. But I heard they do have pretty good dorms with the ocean view. Santa Barbara is a very expensive place to live, but UCSB kids seem to have it easier because they get rooming and food :D.</p>
<p>for me, i was still being “considered” as of 9 this morning, and all the way through until about 7. I checked after reading drangon23’s post about his friend’s acceptance.</p>

<p>@ rainsonata I think i have been rejected since i have not gotten my acceptance yet. Also, ucsb is not just a party ( which is a plus 
) , they are recognize as a great public school. if you want the ultimate college experience, i would choose ucsb because it has good balance of school, parties, and beautiful campus. The whole STD thing running around is ridiculous, its every where!!!</p>

<p>Does anyone know when the next acceptance wave is? I’m getting so nervous X__X. What if we all get rejected on the same day? It’s almost March 23 and I feel doomed.</p>
<p>Maybe they will send some tomorrow. Or send a big wave on tuesday.</p>
