I got a 104 once in class...but it was TOK...and she gave extra credit on assignments....

It only translated into an A which would have the same weight as someone with a 93.5.

None of the teachers offered EC at my HS.

easy teachers...extra credit

my physics avg was like a 110+...but after a while i stopped with the extra credit...some students who had no lives had like a 140%

At my school ...you could have a 93.5 in all your classes and still have a perfect 4.0+

But that rarely happens.

NObody makes 100 in math at my school...but our grade are soo deflated though.

there's a lil bit of grade inflation and deflation in my school...it depends on the teacher

TOK teacher was an exception since the majority of my teachers did not hand out extra credit like she did. At the most, extra credit would bring you up 1 or 2%...but her extra credit could boost you to a whole letter grade, but missing just one of her assignments would bring your grade down a letter.

I didn't turn in one assignment and it brought me down to a C.

i've seen that happen before. my math teacher did that for some of the seniors in my pre-calc class...they barely passed...went from like a 55% (F) to a 65% (passing - D)

You arrogant and pompous braggarts disgust me.

Dont know mine yet but im nervous as hell since i was entering finals with 3 B+s

65% is passing at your school? anything below 70 is failing at mine

yeah...65 is passing.

I wish I went to school like the ones some of you guys go here.

My school is terrible and extremely stingy when it comes to As which is probably the reason why this year there was one val and one sal.
