About 550 graduating. 110 going to UMD. Lots of people go to another college in hopes to transfer to UMD. If someone doesn't get into UMD they usually go to PSU because its standards are somewhat easier.

I was at UMD orientation with like 350 kids(purely a guess) and in a class of 30 kids for my specific program 5 were from my high school. Everyone introduced themselves in the class. After, the teacher went on about a story about our high school because he knew about it. He said that he had good friends who had a child that wanted to go to a program at UMD and was from my school and wasn't offered it. He spoke to someone in the specific college and they said that his stats were in line but they just had way to many people from my school.

My school, as far as I can tell sends more kids to UMD than another school. We are wootton which sends 110, churchill hs is like 89, and walt whitman is like 84. MOCO represent
