<p>Hey guys, I had a few questions that weren't addressed on the YSP @ Davis's homepage (<a href="https://ysp.ucdavis.edu/node/607">https://ysp.ucdavis.edu/node/607</a>) that I was wondering about.</p>
<ol>
<li><p>Is YSP entirely focused on Biology? I'm interested in computer science (and bioinformatics), but looking through the past research projects, I couldn't find any regarding bioinformatics/technology.</p></li>
<li><p>I'm a sophomore in HS, and have no real research experience in a lab or much experience with bio at all.
Would it still be wise to apply? What kind of experience is looked for in the application and what kind of projects do we research for during the program? </p></li>
<li><p>Does anyone have any tips for the application?</p></li>
