<p>well the 5 person at 411 is about 730 per month which will equate to the cost of living in the dorms.</p>
<p>Yeah I'm considering it. I've checked out the rooms at Zaragon, and will be looking at 411 soon. From what I can tell, you get what you pay for with these places.</p>
<p>Good god... I can't afford those apartments. I did look at 411, thinking that $925 rent wasn't so bad until I realized while in a conversation with a rep that it was PER person PLUS $100 for the utlities, tv, etc. I said, thanks but no thanks and promptly walked out. When I tell this story, people are just astonished at the cost...</p>
<p>For $925/person at 411, I personally don't think it's worth it. The furniture was too dorm-style for me. There are far more apartments out there than the student demand so keep looking around. There are some furnished ones... but you can definitely make do with stuff off CraigsList and big sales for your OWN furniture.</p>
<p>I agree. When I moved into my apartment off campus, I bought a crapload of furniture and stuff used and ended up saving a ton of money.</p>
