I think it would be most practical to send her to interlochen arts academy so that she gets the art training and the academic training. It looks amazing for college as well.
@georgia492, We thought about it, and dd took 3 weeks summer program last year to see what is like. Then she opted for a regular high school. She felt that too much focus on art would make it difficult to experience all the typical high school extra curricular and sports stuffs. By separating regular high school and atelier, you can have best of both. It takes longer, but we are not in hurry for graduation. She is 1 year younger for grade too.
