Throughout high school, I've gotten 2 B's and all A's, but this semester, my physics final was worth 40% of my grade and I did poorly on it and I ended up with a C (had a B before).

How does this affect admissions (especially ivies/top colleges)? Will this be an outlier? I've gotten all A's this semester except for that C. I'm so so so so scared. I'm a second semester senior now that finals are over & I got accepted to a couple colleges already for early action.
