<p>One in millions is not so cool, the adcoms will only reject you considering, “he’s just one in millions”. Be creative, tell them you’re three in millions. Or even more than ten in millions. That’ll do, they’ll be impressed with your creativity. “Every one is only one in a billion or so nowadays, but he is definitely more than that”.</p>
