I got some good advice about this before, so here goes again…

I wan to take a class in the Art building until 2, then a class in Young from 2:10 to 3, then a class in Hart at 3:10. I won’t have a bike because I have to drive in from a job in Sacramento everyday. Can I make it in time walking between those buildings?

o crap, i just realised i got a 10 mins gap on one of the days aswell and im not sure of the distance either. its between Bainer Hall and Hickey Gymnasium . Is it doable? :(

@monomoco it’s not a big deal if you’re late. People come in late all the time. Except if it’s a small class and you come in late every time, it can be kind of distracting. But no one really cares in a large lecture hall. You’ll just probably have a hard time finding a good seat especially on exam days.

If you walk fast enough, you can make it from Bainer to Hickey in ten minutes, but factoring in traffic from bikers you’ll probably be several minutes late.

Things vary, but from my experience, you can arrive a little late to the exam and still be able to take it. On one occasion, I was close to half an hour late and my professor didn’t allow me (and others who were late as well) to take it because some people had finished the exam already, and he didn’t want to risk possible exchange of test information.

Lol some of these buildings seem very fair but I’m sure it’s doble. I have to get from Young Hall to Science Lecture in ten minutes. Factoring in bikers, trucks, and buses I average 7 minutes. Power walk everyone, we can make it through this quarter! :D
