my common app main essay amounts to 1000 words!
it's 920 words now but it's only a rough draft so
i think it will be 800 words or so. </p>
<p>do you think i should cut down more? =( </p>

Idk, I'm just worried about admissions officers getting angry at long essays or thinking that they are boring. Most of my essays are around 600 words.</p>
