1360 SAT Score looking for big score improvement

Hi everyone! So in the fall I got a 1450 on the PSAT, and then i made the mistake of taking a dry run of the SAT and got a 1380. After studying for a solid month and a half i took it again and attending a prep class I actually did worse! I got a 1360 and my breakdown was a 740 in math and 620 in english. During the practice tests I took I rarely ran out of time and was scoring around a 1520. However, on the real SAT I ran out of time (only had 9 min to read and answer questions) for the last passage and made over 60% of my mistakes there. Then afterwards during the grammar section I was stressed out about how poorly I did in the Reading and definitely made some careless errors. Now that you know my story haha I was wondering if y’all could answer a couple questions for me?

  1. What strategies do u use to ensure you don’t run out of time?
  2. Do u think at least a 720 is a reasonable goal to set for the may SAT for English?
  3. How should I change my study strategies/should I see a tutor?
  4. How will these low scores affect me in the future- I have a high GPA and great extracurriculars but now that I received such low scores then is it even worth applying to top schools (even if i raise my score to a 1480-1540) if i have to send all my scores?
Overall this whole process has been really stressful, because there is a disconnect with my practice test scores and real scores and all the hours of studying I have put in are basically pointless. I would really really appreciate your input thanks!
