If youre a freshmen in 182 Broadway do you mind telling me what its like? Is it better than Marias? Is there a way to guarantee getting into 182 Broadway? Pros and cons?

I’m not either, but I heard that Marias towers is more of a smaller and traditional hall. It’s right above the building where most classes are (so it’s right on campus), they have their own dining hall, and the community is more tight knit. Bathrooms are communal too. 182 broadway i think is a 5 or 10 min walk from where Pace is, and I think they have their own dining hall too i can’t remember. They’re bigger, and newer so it’s much nicer/cleaner and the rooms come with an attached bathroom so you just share it with your roomates. Personally I’d stay at 182 broadway.

@Mariatd99 let me know if you’re still looking for info. My D resided in 182 Broadway her sophomore year. And no they don’t have their own dining hall as someone mentioned above.
