<p>according to the UCs conversion chart from wikipedia (<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ACT_%28examination%29%5B/url%5D"&gt;http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ACT_%28examination%29&lt;/a&gt;)
they're pretty close to the same. the ACT is just slightly harder... but they're similar.</p>
