1920 SAT, 3.3-3.4 UW GPA, Bad ECs. Chances to PSU?!

I have looked at smaller schools around my area that have a good reputation, but I am considering maybe Penn State: Main Campus. I don't want to shell out to much money on a big private school for my undergrad, rather do that for my grad.

School: Penn State: Main Campus

My High School: The top in the county for PSSA scores and is public.

Class Rank: 60/262 to 80/262....I am not sure but it is somewhere in there.

Intended Major: Computer Science

UW GPA: 3.3-3.4
SAT: 1920 "M:640, R:600, W:680"..I based this off my practice SAT tests and PSAT scores.

AP Classes
-AP USH: 4
-AP Human Geo: Haven't taken yet.
-AP Comp Sci: Haven't taken yet.
-AP US Govt: Haven't taken yet.
-AP English Lit: Haven't taken yet.
-AP Euro Hist: Haven't taken yet.

Pr-AP/Honors Classes
-Pr-AP English 11
-Pr-Calculus and Trigonometry "rated honors at my school apparently"
-Physics II "again rated honors level"

I probably should have taken, or tried harder to get into AP Calculus AB...but they are so strict with who they let in AP Calc for some reason.

Extra Curricular
-11th,12th: Part-time job
-11th, 12th: Volunteer Work
-10th, 11th, 12th: A lot of my time has been with programming video game mods and private servers "Runescape".

Other Info
-I am a white male.
-Took two years of Spanish.
-Nobody in my nuclear family has gone to college, except my brother to community college.
-I took no Pr-AP/AP my fresh year, 1 AP my soph year, 2 APs and 1 Pr-AP my junior year, and my senior year will have 3 APs and 2 Honors.
-Essentially, Pr-AP is a mix of honors and AP....1.3 AP/Pr-AP, 1.2 Honors, 1.1 Academic, and 1.0 is Basic.

It concerns me that you have not taken the SAT yet, since it means you will only get one shot taking it, but…
Your GPA is slightly low, if I remember correctly the average is closer to a 3.5, though most people I know who end up at PSU had closer to a 3.7-8. It would be ideal if you had at least one EC all four years, but you don’t, so I hope you have a lot of hours put into the ones you do have. Based on your PSAT score I would say PSU is a low reach. Try and get a 2000 on the SATs and being first generation will help a bit.
