1st-try "New SAT 1" score vs 2nd-try "New SAT 1" score?

1470 (old) / 2090

1470 = 800M 670V
2090 = 800M 650CR 640W (8)

this sucks considering I got a 74 on the PSAT writing section. I think i can definitely boost my writing score at least 60-80 points if I make sure I eat breakfast, shower, and take a crap next time.

2130/2220 10 char

1840/2040.

2160/2190 (eh...)

I think you should wait until June results come out I know A LOT of ppl took SAT then and March

yes, Sohni, I think you are right. If this thread dies down, I'll bump it up in a week or 2 when the scores are released. I probably won't do the first analysis until at least 50 data sets are available.

Yah - I'd say that the vast majority of people who took the March SAT took II's in May (Or nothing).

ps, 10 data sets thus far:

2190/2310
1990/2180
1770/1870
2200/2310
2070/2260
1960/2150
2170/2220
2130/2220
1840/2040
2160/2190

Interesting that all 10 are improvements.....

2150/2240

2150= 700m, 800cr, 650 wr(8)
2240= 710m, 800cr, 730 wr(10)

First try, I went to bed at 10pm and I didn't get that great a score.:(
Second try, I was on pogo.com playing Top Down Baseball Challenge till 3:20am in the morning and I improved 90 points!:)

So much for getting a good night's rest!

1990/2160

March: CR 610, W680, M700
May: CR 680, W700, M780

I did nothing in between the tests.

I love how people give an excuse as to why they didn't get a perfect score. Can you say inflated egos?

1990/2030
Wish I had studied more between the tests, or took it in the fall instead.. :bangs head on computer: Oh well..

March: 700 CR, 700 M, 590 W (9 essay)
May: 660 CR, 730 M, 640 W (9 essay)

Old SAT (January 2005)- 1320: 630 V, 690 M

March 2005- 1910: 610 CR, 710 M, 590 W (9 essay, 57 MC)
May 2005- 2090: 710 CR, 730 M, 650 W (12 essay, 59 MC)

I didn't study in between March and May, I wish I would have, it might have boosted my writing MC up so I could have broken 2100... I'm still deciding whether or not to retake it in the fall; I need to see my SAT II scores first next monday. Also, 710 in CR is probably as high as I will get.

from gandert:

2210 (March)/2220 (May)

2110(May)/2170(June)

2230/2290
