2.33 GPA for my last semester before transfer

I'm very dissappointed and I'd like to know exactly how much this could affect me. I just earned my degree at a 2 year college and I will transfer to FSU in the spring. Before my last term, I had a GPA of 3.72. However, I've been slacking off during my last term, and I have gotten my first C's. Ever since I got accepted, I've put more time into finding a place and getting ready for university than focusing on my classes. Now my final GPA is 3.47 and I'm not sure if that's something to be proud anymore. Could this failed last semester affect me in the future?

Probably not. How you do at FSU will be more important for any job you apply to.

probably not, the university that you got accepted at should have some sort of policy about maintaining the grades that got you accepted. It should have been stated when you declared, if not you should be able to find it online. My guess is that anything below a C could potentially get your acceptance revoked
