Just as the title says.

I graduated with a 79% average which I'm told is around a 2.4-2.5 gpa.

I had a problem with anxiety in high school (not related to school) that caused me to be home schooled junior year and switch schools twice. I'm hoping to flip that into a good essay and elaborate on why my gpa is lower than i'd like it to be.

Anyway i never took sat's (will be taking them october 4th) i should do fairly well on them at least average.

Ec's and such;

I've worked 3 full time jobs as a Sales Representative. (Sears, Radio Shack, Home Depot)
I was a member of Rebel, which is a drug awareness program at my high school.
I volunteered at a youth group for church and also did chorus.
I play Guitar, drums, bass, and piano fairly well. (idk if that helps for anything)
In middle school i did varsity Basketball and Soccer
I was part of student council
And i was valedictorian for D.A.R.E. program

Now for my interests.

I'm not really counting out any locations or suggestions, but i'd prefer the school be out east, midwest, or west coast The only southern states i wouldn't mind would probably be Georgia or Florida.

A traditional campus is very important to me, I'm not interested in attending a commuter campus which is why i ruled out a lot of cities. Rural/suburban is probably more fitting unless the city school actually has a decent traditional campus.

I would enjoy a big name university with a good sports program and lots of school spirit so i could attend the games and have something to do, but at the same time I'm open to smaller liberal arts colleges if you have any suggestions. I'm not really familiar with a lot of smaller liberal arts schools, hence i probably looked them over.

So basically.....

I'm looking for a School with a beautiful campus, the traditional campus feel, either a big name school or smaller liberal arts school.

A good library, english program, and a bit of prestige is always a plus.

To give a few examples i was looking at WVU as a big state school that matches up well. And also looking at Whittier and Walla Walla university as smaller schools, but they seem a bit pricey especially for the lack of reputation.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
