@Ikaruga yes bro. more subjects you have more eye catching it is. shows your passion and commitment! do it !
@Ikaruga how many months did you prepare for it?
don’t listen to ^^^
when they require 2, they mean 2 is enough. there is no added benefit to wasting another saturday morning.
@Derpthulu isn’t winning any awards on giving good advice.
Don’t be that annoying kid who’s got to have perfect grades all the time. The robot that chases grades vs. actual achievement. Congrats on the two 800s. Please DO NOT take anymore. Remove that from your mind completely.
@Ikaruga Please listen to @T26E4 above. The only reason you need to ever prepare for and take another SAT Subject test is if you will be applying to a school that specifically requires and/or strongly recommends 3 (and the only one that comes to mind is Georgetown). I would say you are safe if not applying to such schools. Congrats on your wonderful scores…now go focus on grades, EC…anything else but SAT Subject tests.
Hmm. I just have a followup question: Currently I’m looking at Princeton and UPenn for engineering and they recommend taking physics, in this case should I take it or keep the scores I have?
For competitive schools, treat all “recommend” as “require”.
Some colleges recommend or require specific SAT subject tests for certain majors.
