So I took the SAT twice, in May and June (yeah I know, I should have spaced it out more to practice but oh well).

May
CR: 750
Math: 670
Writing: 720 (essay 7)
2140 total

June
CR: 800
Math: 660
Writing: 800 (essay 10)
2260 total

And that puts my superscore at a 2270.

So obviously I'm really happy about the 800s in reading and writing, but I know writing doesn't typically count for much, and my math score is pretty blah. Does it look terrible to have two really high scores and then one low one? And is it worth it to take it a third time just to improve my math score? I'm not too confident that it would even improve much anyway, seeing as it dropped the second time around.
(If it makes a difference, I'm not applying to any Ivies. The schools I've been considering are Boston University, Emerson, American, Fordham, Ithaca, Syracuse, and Vassar. Possibly political science major, but definitely nothing STEM)
