<p>Why is it that most people recommend not taking more than 2 math classes per semester?</p>
<p>Probably because before you reach a certain point, a lot of the classes serve as pre-reqs for each other; you cannot take calc 1 and 2 at the same time, nor can you take discrete and abstract algebra at the same time. Also, after 2 math classes, it gets a bit difficult to not be burnt out on homework...</p>
