or 2 teacher recs and 1 of those 2 can be the counselor rec??</p>
<p>One counselor and two teachers. So in your case, a teacher will be filling out your counselor forms, writing a rec etc thus taking on the role of a college counselor. In addition to him/her, you need two teacher recs.</p>
