soooo happy!

congrats!!!

question:
what do i do if i want to sir to berkeley (after being admitted by appeal) if i had already sir’d to ucla?

I haven’t checked mine yet but if you got accepted, did they email you or do you have to check on their website ?

you gotta contact ucla and let them know you wanna withdraw. not sure how though, i’m assuming by phone.

^ When you submit the SIR, if I remember correctly, there is a certain deposit (couple hundred bucks?), you can withdraw, but you lose that deposit.

I understand that the deposit is lost, i just dont know how to contact UCLA to notify them of my switch of plans.

main admissions office email? call the main admissions office? etc.

i would just call whoever i can. if they have no clue they could always transfer your call to the appropriate department.

denied :frowning:
sniff

aww :[ i’m sorry.

still hasn’t registered on the website yet! Gonna go to their office tomorrow…

wait for those who were successful, can you post your generic stats (sat or gpa) and the gist of your appeal (i.e. financial, illness, etc)?

Im just curious as it also puts mine into perspective (havent gotten a decision yet)
