Has anyone out there got a decision letter yet for the 2009 Summer Scholars Program?

Daughter received an acceptance today (4/18/09). In TN.

I got an acceptance letter for Psychology today (April 18th).

Congratulations malmom and belle26. Son got acceptance on Saturday (18th) in PA. Thanks for your reply! Hope to hear from more Summer Scholars soon. GO IRISH!

I got accepted to Pre-Law, $2500 is pretty steep for a two week program though.

that is true, but from what i heard it is a great program and is well worth the experience. plus you get to spend two weeks on one of the best campuses in the country and maybe get an upper hand in the ND admission process.

I don’t think it gives you a leg up in admissions, does it? Unless they give FA for the program, or else it wouldn’t be fair for people who can’t afford it.

well, it nothing else, it is the dedication to attend a summer program. I am not sure how much it counts, but it is meaningful that you took 2 weeks out to attend a program like this (regardless of what school you do it at). I don’t think that it would hurt though if you can afford it. plus you can learn if you like the ND campus, etc.
