<p>The training you get in jump would cost you a pretty penny to do as a civilian! It's no wonder many choose it as a first choice.</p>
<p>i was looking into civilian jumping too. if you make wings of blue for usafa, its free. otherwise, to get qualified is roughly $2000. There's a club here that jumps on their own</p>

<p>That's actually just about everyone...if you don't take soaring in the summer you can take it during just about any ac year...if you don't take jump in the summer you get it senior year.</p>
<p>To my knowledge, unless you really screw up, you should get both before you graduate.</p>
<p>the biggest problem ppl (like me) have is time. fitting one or the other into your acadmic year can be challenging, depending on the major(s), minor, and how many classes you validate to start off.</p>
