^Agreed. PR is exhaustive as well as entertaining.

^Seconded. I self-studied with only Barron’s and got a 5, so it is manageable. HOWEVER, my friend used PR and it seemed a lot better.

First post in a long while

I’ll be getting myself the PR review book very soon and begin to study! So yes, PR should be enough, right?
I would get the textbook, but it seems to be in the range of 50 dollars or more everywhere, and with everyone saying that PR is more than enough, I figured why waste the money.

Yes I think PR is really enough.

Contemplating the self study…

Never have much hw, my APs are
Psych, U.S. Hist, Comp Sci, Chem, English Lang.
I’m a more maths and sciences bases student, but love geography. Do you guys think I should go for it? How soon should I get PR?

I’m gonna officially start studying after midterms.

Is Princeton Review a good enough prep book to get a 5?

Are their tests accurate?

I have the Barron’s. It is divided into 8 chapters and starting next week we have 17 weeks until the test (May 13th, the last test given in 2011) So I’m going to do a chapter every one and a half weeks and that gives 4 weeks of review time.

Yeah.

How to I find a list of schools that offer the AP Human Geography exam?

bump 10char

Why do you need to know that?

^
Because I want to take the exam and my school doesn’t offer it?

It took me about 30 seconds to find this…

You have to call some local coordinator who will refer you to a nearby school.

I know it’s early, but is anyone else kind of nervous for this exam?

Not exactly nervous.
How much have you been studying?

Is it bad that I signed up for this test and still haven’t even started studying?

You guys are fine. I remember starting in like March.

Is this the princeton book that you guys are recommending?

I’ve studied about 30 minutes so far haha
