2011 George Washington Carver Internship at Iowa State

So I applied to the George Washington Carver Internship at Iowa State University for the second time (I applied last year as well and got rejected). The website (George Washington Carver Internship Program | Diversity and Multicultural Programs) says that decisions would be released on April 1st, 2011. I haven't received my decision. Has anybody else heard back, because I might have given them the wrong email address :/. My gpa wasn't too hot (3.5-range) and that's basically all they had to work with so I most probably got rejected, but it seems like a sweet program so whatevs.

Are all applicants interested in environmental/agricultural science? I want to major in EnviSci but I'm not sure about everyone else who applied.

There is another thread on GWC at http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/summer-programs/1101881-gwc-internship-iowa-state-2011-a.html</a></p>

It says there that due to difficulty in selecting students they will e-mail the results by April 8.

Sinopa beat me to it. A gentle reminder to use the search function, IvyLeague2016–I don’t think CC mods usually merge threads like other forums.
