Quadruple 5’s this year! APUSH, Chem, Eng Lang, and Calc AB!

congrats to Darthpwner… im hoping for one five among three LOL

@lovelyone I was hoping for the same thing! I didn’t prep at all and was pleasantly surprised. By the way, I got these in the mail.

AP Bio-3 I’m glad I even passed. My teacher was terrible and I stopped trying halfway through the year.

AP English Lang-4 I was expecting a 3 or 4 on this one.

AP Stat-5 I got a 5 on the one practice test we took in class so I was hoping I could do as well on the actual thing.

Overall I’m fine with my scores!

AP bio-5
AP World history-3 Sigh Hoped for a 4 oh well its just freshman year our teacher didnt even go past the 1800s and we didnt go into detail much before that either so I now I really value a good teacher. Learning from my past :D

Anyone in Florida gotten their scores?

Sent from my PC36100 using CC

APUSH- 5 (Only 2 5s out of the three classes, granted one only had 18 or 20 kids in it. Still my class is the worst our school has ever had and our average dropped from 2.56 from the previous year to 2.36)

AP English Lang- 5 (I thought I would get a 4 but didn’t know if I could reach to get the 5 though it was possible)

Hurray. 4/4

AP Chem 5! That’s all I know so far. Still waiting for English Lang and BC Calc.

Chem-5
Bio-5
Calc bc-5

Us history-5

Whoop!!! YOLO:))

Expectations:

Computer science: 3/4
Physics b: 2/3
Calculus ab: 5
English language and composition: 4

Actual:

Computer science: 5
Physics b: 3
Calculus ab: 5
English language and composition: 5

So happy! All my teachers told me separately and I couldn’t believe it! As for the 3 in physics, nobody in the class got a 4 or 5 and he’s only had one person pass in the past 5 years and now he got 6 more, so it’s pretty good!

@thedreadedone

I live in Florida and haven’t received my scores my scores either.

AP World History: 4

I had the worst teacher of any subject I’ve ever had. The only change over time essay we wrote was autobiographical. Our major projects included a map of the entire world, color coded by civilization (we had to fend for ourselves when they overlapped, and we were given the map in 6 non-proportional pieces). Before going into review mode, we had made it to around the Mongol era, which I believe means that we didn’t even complete a third of the textbook, or barely did. I studied by reading the Princeton Review front to back in the couple of weeks before the AP exam.

Needless to say, I am thrilled.

Bio- 5- expected
BC- 5- expected
AB Subscore- 5- expected
Lit- 5- expected a 4 with the ridiculous MC
Gov- 5- expected a 4-5 since the cutoff is huge
Macro- 5- expected a 4-5 since the cutoff is huge
Physics B- 5- expected a 1! It was so hard…both the multiple choice and free response…I can’t get over this one.

I feel so amazingly blessed right now. Gonna go celebrate with some frozen yogurt hopefully. Done with AP’s forever yeaaaaaaa!

@zhulagirl
Wow, you though you would get a 3/4 on Comp Sci and you got a 5! Congrats! I thin I got a 4/5 on it. Why were you thinking that you were in 3/4 range originally? Did the MC scare yout, because the MC is what is worrying me the most (I did not get my scores yet)

How on earth did u guys get 5’s on everything!?! Ugggggggh

You should be proud of your score on the AP exam. There are not many sophomores in HS who could pass a test designed for college students, but you did! I know you learned a lot in the class, and are better prepared for your next science adventure.

Enjoy your summer

DOES THAT MEAN I GOT A 3. OMG. IM FREAKING OUT!!! ^^I GOT THIS EMAIL FROM MY BIOLOGY TEACHER. i’M GOING TO CRY

Biology 5
Chem 5
Calc AB 5
Psych 5
Eng Lang 5

I’m content, as it matched with what I expected.

I have one score so far, since our teacher emailed each student their score (so nice!)
SO I got a 5 on us history!
I was expecting a 4, since there were so many questions about more recent history, which I hadn’t looked at since summer, so I am extremely relieved and surprised!!!

I’m still waiting on calc a/b though!

I’m a sophomore by the way!

US History 5
Eng Lang 5
Eng Lit 3

Rising senior, so yeah, I took the Lit exam even though I was in AP Lang. I am so happy that I took the Lit & passed. I had no idea I was taking it, I was just in my 1st period french class when my teacher gets phoned with a call telling me to report to the gym for testing. I was not pumped AT ALL. I mean, I was in a sea of seniors and I guess they called in someone who they thought would pass to sub in for an empty seat that some junior accidently ordered.

I thought the MC was a challenge to get through, but I did ok. The first 2 essays were decent to go through, BUT THE LAST ESSAY, oh that last essay! This is where taking the course would’ve definitely helped. I think at this point most people who don’t read often would just bomb, unless you have a good memory.

THANK GOD that my teacher pulled the top 3 kids out of class to do independent work to actually challenge us on an AP level, and not just sit in his class to sleep walk through his dumbed down version of teaching to accommodate the hordes of kids that dilute the standards. If we hadn’t spent so much time doing The Scarlet Letter with just the 4 of us, I would NOT have passed this exam. We spent a month on it, and it saved my butt on the Lit test.

US Gov & Politics - 5
English Lit - 5

Calc AB - …1. this is my only non-5 AP score ever. and it’s a 1. WINNING
