<p>SAT was a 1580, which is bad so I assume they want me to take it again. ACT was a 25, and GPA was a 3.3.</p>

<p>yeah, they are getting tougher on admissions this year. i got a 34 in act math which really stuck out. i had a 29 composite.</p>

<p>maybe it was your ECs? essay? honestly if i got deferred with your stats i would call office of admissions, they are really helpful with you and WILL give you the time of day. i suggest calling early, tomorrow will be a busy day for them.</p>

<p>I guess they’re getting a LOT tougher, as my friend had a 3.6 and a 2090 and he got deferred too.</p>

<p>I got in with a decent GPA (3.7 weighted), but better SAT & ACT scores (SAT 2010, ACT 30) for Fall 2012.</p>

<p>jdc if theyre weighted, then thats probably why. if unweighted then call them. i had 3.04 unw and 4.4 weighted.</p>

<p>also: no scholarships for me :(</p>

<p>Finally logged in and saw my daughters acceptance for Fall 2012. 30ACT plus 3.9 unweighted, 4.7 weighted gpa. She goes to school in Louisiana but we are Florida residents for tuition (military). They offered the Freshman Scholarship of $9,600.</p>
