<p>@IAmSoCal I’m highly leaning towards SB but I wanna wait for the other decisions first… before I make my decision. working at Urban was pretty lame to be honest. they didn’t pay me on time a lot and the work was pretty tiring for the amount they pay you… believe it or not.</p>
<p>@Chelzmcnamara I worked at Urban too… haha. Needless to say, I don’t think I’ll work retail again for a while.</p>
<p>i have always wanted to attend CAL or UCLA, but now that UCSB has accepted me and taken away the bulk of the stress i had about getting into a good UC, and achieving my degree, i really LOVE UCSB! may the party people live on. even though it is no longer really a party school, i just love it that the party school accepted me. UCSB has also really gone up the ranks in recent years. and what a spectacular campus. </p>
<p>@chelz: i never get calgrant because my parents went to college, but i always apply because that application makes me eligible for Blue and Gold. but who knows, maybe i will get it this year, by some computer error. but the dudes at calgrant told me that i lose 8 points for EACH parent that went to school. luckily i did not tell them that my step parents also went to college, then i would probably get kicked out of school altogether. haha.</p>

<p>I’m like the many of other people that haven’t heard anything from them… I’m all anxious to know already since it’s my first choice and my dreamt school!!! I wonder what’s taking them so long…</p>
<p>yup ^ decision is still pending for me as well! I check obsessively every day even though it’s not my top choice .I do it because I remember my high school days when schools like UCSB were way out of reach for me, so getting an acceptance from them would be a pretty big deal for me.</p>
<p>@ istealhotelsoap haha yeah if you guys ever want to experience greeting another person and being completely ignored, cleaning up other people’s messes (including the fitting room, folding and refolding clothes) and being completely ignored, & random craziness -then you should work retail. i have sold part of my soul for store discounts. </p>
