34!!! soo happy!! good luck to everyone who hasnt gotten their scores yet!

2 points away.
But there’s always next year, right?

Where do you find the cutoff as 24? I scored a 28.

It’s still showing blank for me?

Scored a 26. Woohoo!

23, send me your condolences and pity.

Still a blank spot. Man. Either way, I’m pretty sure my score is in the teens :P

Wow i got a 22
the two easy questions i shouldnt have missed screwed me over
■■■

29 and I’m surprised, considering on how badly I failed it. Congratulations to everyone who took it though, you’re all great for trying something like USABO regardless.

Congrats userperson. Have a little more confidence in yourself. You read Campbell twice, so I would have been surprised if you didn’t make it. Good luck with semifinals! :)

Can anyone state where they “officially” saw the cutoff, or is it just “here-say”?

23… didn’t study. Bummer.

Hey guys help me out?

I was sent a user ID but when i try putting it in it says that it is invalid or something? Is that wrong?

@lifelearner. I saw it with my own two eyes on my teacher’s login screen on the USABO website, so I’m positive it’s legit (cutoff at 24, that is). For anyone wondering, the highest score in the nation was a 42 (I’m betting it was DarkSigma haha).

Please let me know where to find the list of semifinalists.

Highest score: 42; Cutoff: 24; Average score: 16

Both the cutoff and the average score are 5 points lower than last year’s (IIRC). But this exam was definitely more challenging than last year’s.

@upsilon: Try resetting your password.

@numbersense: I don’t believe that there is a list of semifinalists (at least at the moment). However, if anyone finds one, then I’d like to see it as well.

@numbersense. I’m not sure, but I doubt that such a list exists and is accessible to students. I could be wrong, but I’ve never heard of one.

Who else got 40+? Someone in my school got a 40… also how many people from thomas jefferson made semis this year

@Filament: I tried that, but it said error because my ID is incorrect, not my password. So im guessing my ID is wrong?

@upsilon. Did you copy+paste it directly from the email? Even if it doesn’t work it shouldn’t matter; teachers get reports of all their students’ scores, so just email your teacher if the login doesn’t work.
