Any applicants in this year's application season been told by the schools if they will still notify students of their acceptances on March 10?

March 10 falls on a Sunday in 2013, so I am wondering if the schools might notify on March 8 (Friday?) or even Monday, March 11? Or maybe still March 10.

If you know, could you respond, especially for PEA, PA, SPS, or Groton.

I’ve heard it could be on M9 Sat.

Do any schools tell you sooner? Not schools with rolling admission, but regular Jan 31 deadline schools…

If you’ve been given an admissions portal to log into, most decisions are usually posted at 12:00 am on the 10th. Some schools call accepted students on the 9th. ( And Yes, they leave voicemails, so there’s no need to sit by the phone ). Most decision letters, however, are mailed.

How are international students notified?

I’m an international student and I was notified online (either via emails or particular portals).

In the 2012 cycle, almost all schools notified by email; only one sent a postal notification. The trend seems to be email these days, followed by mailed paperwork in some cases, and links to an admissions portal for paperwork in others (especially for revisit day signups).
