<p>I submitted a FAFSA way before the deadline, but I my parents have only just filled their taxes and I only just updated the FAFSA a couple of days ago, so UCLA says that they don’t have it on file.</p>
<p>I’m not sure if that’s because the DoE hasn’t given the updated version yet, If I missed some deadline to update it and don’t qualify for financial aid, or if I’m going to be rejected.</p>

<p>I have heard that engineering students can see the “tricks” many days before other applicants. I imagine the sheer volume of Letters and Science applicants has something to do with this</p>

My summary/awards says “You do not have a Financial Aid Summary for this Award Period” just like cgz544’s screenshot. I didn’t submit a FAFSA btw.</p>

<p>@almalex5 Thanks. Wanted to compare as I didn’t submit a FAFSA, and I’m not expecting to get the same results as everyone else. Wondering if mine would change to a summary either way.</p>
